I am a mother, survivor, and overcomer. My journey has been one of immense loss, resilience, and transformation. Having faced the tragic loss of a child, survived domestic violence, and overcome homelessness and poverty, I dedicated the past 11 years to healing and rebuilding my life.
Now, as the CEO of a nonprofit, a mental health advocate, and the author of Lotus and Happily Ever After, I use my story to create spaces where human connection fosters wellness. Through my work, I have inspired individuals and organizations to embrace healing, purpose, and the power of community.
With a background in public speaking, I have delivered keynote addresses for symposiums and educational institutions. I have also moderated corporate events, creating impactful conversations that foster engagement.
Professionally, I am a skilled project manager, with extensive experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, and leadership development. I work to empower individuals and organizations to navigate change and achieve meaningful growth.
